Many people whom I met have resorted to these so called professional dog trainers but only to come back with sheer frustration and wasted dollars.

By this, I'm not talking about the number of years he has been training, but rather the quality of those years.

Does he engage in continuing education?

And talking about dollar spent on dog trainers, they ain't cheap to hire.

Typical dog training sessions with the trainers would chalk out somewhere between US500 to US1000 while some even charges as much as $100 per hour of consultation.

I've known some people who has hired one of the world's renowned dog trainers in the industry only to have this to tell

Let me be honest with you.

These days the dog trainers who can actually deliver outstanding results are few and far in-between.

And the ones who can deliver the goods are definitely going to be charging the absolute premium for what their services are worth.

Bottom line is, even if you've hired the best trainer in the world and spent thousands of dollars, your dog might not be completely trained after all.

Because it's your dog. 90% of dog training is actually about training the owner.
